In some areas of the country, things are certainly bad, but in Central Arkansas, things are not as bad as is being portrayed. We are selling as many house in Central Arkansas this year as we have in years past. There are more houses on the market now, but the sales rate is not down. You may have to budget more time to sell your home and be more realistic about your pricing, but your home in Central Arkansas will sell.

As for buyers, there has never been a better time. Lower prices, motivated sellers and low interest rates allow for some great deals.
